The Rothamsted GM wheat trial is facing opposition, so what exactly is GM, what are the scientists doing to the wheat, and should we be concerned? This Shed Science looks at both the scientific and ethical arguments put forward by the Take The Flour Back protesters and whether the evidence supports them or not (SPOILER: It doesn’t).
